Dr Lemuel Diamante PhD Food Technology - Senior Food Technologist

Lemuel has been researching and teaching food science and technology for over 30 years in Universities in the Philippines and New Zealand. He has published 31 papers in international refereed journals in the areas of hot air drying, vacuum frying, packaging and shelf life, and food rheology. He has received research fellowships in foreign Universities, with one in the U.S.A. and two in Japan.

His current work is on ultrafiltration of dairy materials, biochemical conversion of marine wastes and HPLC measurements of proteins and other macromolecules.
